Chapter 24

Nick drive to school and hidden his face under the sunglasses and hat. He walked to teachers room and went to this very young beautiful brunette woman. 

“Hello. How can I help you?” she asked. 

Nick took his glasses off and smiled. 

“Hey. I'm looking for Mary Pieling.” Nick said smiling. 

“Mary Pieling? If I can ask the reason, sir?” she asked. 

“Just family thing.” Nick said and smiled to her. 

“Let's me check where class she is right now.” she said and searching Mary's name. 

“She in the math class right now. Want me to inform to her?” she asked smiling. 

“Well miss...” Nick said and start to think. 

“Emily.” she said. 

“Emily. If you could do that then it would be great.” Nick said. 

“Just one second.” Emily said and left to other room. 

Nick smiled to Emily and started to look around the room. 

“Mary Pieling. Mary Pieling. You've been waiting someone in teacher's room.” Emily voice came from speakers. 

Mary was in the math class and watched at to other students odd look on her face.

“That was my name.” Mary said. 

“Miss Pieling. Maybe Headmaster want to see you.” teacher said. 

Mary took her stuff and left from room to teachers room where she see Nick. 

“Nick? What... are you... doing here?” she asked shocked. 

“I really need to talk to you. Let's go for walk.” Nick said. 

“Can't it wait after school?” Mary asked. 

“No. I want to break up with you.” Nick said and all sudden start to stare at them. 

Mary looks at everyone.

“Fine. We are done then. I'll go back to glass.” Mary said and left out from teacher's room. 

Nick runs after her and stops her. 

“Wait... Can we just talk about this?” Nick asked.

“What is it to talk about?” Mary asked. 

“Don't you want to know why I want to break up with you?” Nick asked. 

“Why you want to break up with me?” Mary asked. 

Nick looks at Mary. 

“I still have feelings for Paris. Those are very strong.” Nick said. 

Mary looks at him very chocked. 

“Paris! You go back together with her?” Mary asked. 

“Yes. She's pregnant of my child. She's going to birth soon.” Nick said.

“Oh that's why you go back together with her coz of the baby.” Mary said. 

“No. I really do love her.” Nick said. 

Mary sit down nearest bench in the hall way. 

“Oh my god.” she only said.

“I'm sorry, but it's the truth.” Nick said. 

Mary looks at Nick and smiles. 

“Well... Guy like you wouldn't ever been interested of me.” Mary said. 

“No you understood wrong. You are wonderful woman... girl.” Nick said and mixed up. 

“Just say it. You were only with me coz of the sex.” Mary said. 

“I didn't think it like that. I thought I could forgot her to be with you. I can't stop think of her.” Nick said. 

“All was acting?” Mary asked and took deep breath. 

“Sex was amazing. Never get that kinda of sex. And I really think you have sex rehab.” Nick said. 

“I do not. You can blame it yourself.” Mary said. 

“Me?” Nick asked. 

“Yeah. Why you have to be so handsome and sexy?” Mary asked and smiled. 

“Oh ok... I get it. You think all is my fault coz I look like this?” Nick asked and swing around in front of Mary.

“Well you are. And you know. Everybody in this school can't stop talking about you and other Backstreet buds.” Mary said. 

Nick put sunglasses and hat back on him. 

“Thanks for warning. So... Can we be friends again like before?” Nick asked. 

“Sure. I know some day you'll beg to take me back.” Mary said when she stand up from bench and smiled. 

“Wanna bet?” Nick asked. 

“Sure. How about 50 bucks?” Mary asked. 

“Make it 100.” Nick said and reach out his hand to her. 

Mary shake his hand with hers and smiles. 

“You are so gonna lose the bet. When we going to end the bet so we know which one win?” Mary asked. 

“make it 1 whole year.” Nick said. 

“Done. If you excuse me. I'm going to back to glass.” Mary said and takes her stuff and walks back to math class. Nick looks behind her and thinks on his mind. 

“Do I make huge mistake to go back together with Paris?” Nick wondered and asked himself in his mind. 

“Nick?” 

Familiar voice hear behind him. Nick turns around and sees Richie. 

“Hey man. What brings you here?” Richie asked smiling. 

“This.” Nick said and bunch him to face hard. 

“You son of bitch! You rapped Emilia!” Nick shouted loud. 

Richie falls down to floor and looks at Nick. 

“What are you talking about man!” Richie snapped. 

“You rapped Emilia! You send Ray to nut house! You threaten my sister BJ! You leave her alone!” Nick said and lifted Richie up and bunch him again harder. 

Headmaster heard fighting from the hall and walks there. He see Nick and Richie fighting.

“Hey! Stop fighting in my school!” headmaster shouted. 

Nick stops fighting and Richie is just laying down on the floor bleeding. 

“Whatta hell is going on here?” Headmaster asked. 

Nick takes deep breath and is going to talk, but headmaster raise his hand. 

“You are not studying in here.” headmaster said and pointed at Nick. 

“No but... Richie rapped my fiancé.” Nick said taking a breath. 

“You don't have any proofs of that!” Richie yelled on the floor still laying down. 

“Shut up, you jerk!” Nick shouted at Richie. 

“Hey! You go away from this school or I'll call a cops.” headmaster said and looked at Nick with evil look on his face. 

“Alright. But I'm telling you. He's bad guy.” Nick said and pointed at Richie and walked away. 

Headmaster looks at Richie. 

“Did you really rapped this girl?” headmaster asked. 

Richie stands up and looks at the headmaster. 

“I'm innocent. I didn't do anything. He don't have any proves.” Richie said. 

“You better be innocent or you are fire of this school.” Headmaster said. 

“Ok. It was Ethan Street. Everybody talking about it.” Richie said. 

“You better not to be his friend.” headmaster said and went back to his office. 

Richie looks at everybody staring at him. Mary including. 

“Show is over. You can go now.” Richie said and walked to guys bathroom. 

Mary looks at Richie who's walking to guys bathroom and start to think. 

“Maybe Ethan make him to do it and he didn't want to do it.” Mary said to herself in her mind.

Richie clean his face off the blood and start to think on his mind. 

“That fucking Nick. He mess all things up. I think I should kill him or let Ethan do it.” 

Suddenly he heard someone to walk inside of the bathroom and looks at mirror and sees Mary standing front of the door. 

“This is guys room.” Richie said and turn to her. 

“I know. I just thought are you ok.” Mary said. 

Richie looks at Mary odd look on his face. 

“What?” He asked. 

“Tell me if I'm wrong about this one thing.” Mary said. 

“Okay...” Richie said and was confused. 

“Did Ethan make you to rape her? If you didn't do it you die?” Mary asked. 

Richie start to think and is gonna lie good as possible. 

“Yes. Oh god... It was horrible. If I tell Nick, Ethan is going to kill me.” Richie said. 

“Don't you know Nick is going to kill you if you don't tell him that he make you to do it. Did he pointed a gun to your head?” Mary asked. 

“Well... No. He pointed at to my...” He said and looked down to his pants. 

“Oh god. Too much information.” Mary said. 

“Sorry. So you believe me now?” Richie asked. 

“Yeah... You really looked like scare.” Mary said and suddenly Ray walks to guys bathroom. 

“Oh I thought this was guys bathroom.” Ray said and turns back. 

“No... it is. I just talked to Richie. I'll go so you can do your thing.” Mary said and left. 

Richie looks at Ray. 

“Hey I'm sorry man to be so bad ass to you. I kinda of have bad week.” Richie said. 

Ray looks at confused. 

“Huh?” he only questioned. 

“Look... Whatever you saw me doing to Emilia. It was all coz of my life was in dangerous. If I didn't do it, I wouldn't be here man.” Richie said. 

Ray still looked confused. 

“Huh?” he questioned again same word. 

“Oh forgot it man.” Richie said and left. 

Ray was still confused. 

“What was that?” he asked to himself.

When Richie walked out of the guys bathroom, Mary is standing behind the door. 

“Damn. What you want?” Richie asked. 

“Well I'm single at the moment. Want me to take a movie or something?” Mary asked. 

Richie looks at Mary confused. 

“Are you sure? Your boyfriend could kill me.” Richie said. 

“He's not my boyfriend any more and actually... I make a bet with him that he wants me back in 1 year from this day. And I can show him that you are still good guy and not any rape guy.” Mary said smiling. 

“You know he could kill us both.” Richie said. 

“He go to hell then.” Mary said smiling. 

“What you say we go tonight to see this new movie?” Richie asked. 

“You pick the movie and I show up.” Mary said. 

“Cool. Is 8:30 good time?” Richie asked. 

“Yeah. It is. See you at 8:30.” Mary said and walked to chemistry class. 

Richie looked at her when she walked away and says in his mind. 

“Finally I can get her. Tonight I'm going to get her. Ethan is going to like this surprise.”

He walked to math class and couldn't wait to go out with Mary and take her to Ethan's secret house.
