Chapter 9

9 months later Nick wasn't still happy. Paris tried to do all she could to make Nick forgot Emilia, but he just didn't. 

 “You gotta to be kidding. She's dead, Nick. I can make you happy.” Paris said. 

“I know she's dead! She was my wife! I can't just forgot her!” Nick yelled to Paris. 

Paris looks at Nick. “You never loved me did you?” Paris asked. 

Nick shake his head. “No. I was only with you coz I imagine you as her.” Nick said. 

“You asshole! You son of bitch!” Paris hit to Nick with her handbag crying and screaming. 

“Please just go! Hitting me doesn't solve anything. Listen to me. You are wonderful woman but... I can't see future with you.” Nick said looking at Paris. 

“No... You don't mean that. You love me. I know you do.” Paris said crying and hugs Nick. 

Nick hugs Paris and took deep breath. “I'm sorry. So sorry.” Nick said. “I love you, Nick. You can't do this for me. I promise I make you happy.” Paris said still hugging and crying. 

“Paris you gotta understand. Emilia was everything to me. I loved her and I still do.” Nick said. 

Paris looks at Nick. “You love dead woman. That's so not cool.” Paris said and left from Nicks house. 

“Paris... Don't...” Nick said begged but she was already gone. 

“Fine... I guess I'll go out for walk to beach.” Nick said and started to walk on beach.

Nick heard beeping and check out his cell.

“Hey! I got 4 girls who need roof under them for view days. Can they saty on your house? Miky.”

“Are they strippers? Nick”

“No. Students who are from Finland. Miky”

“I guess it's fine then. Bring them to my summerhouse. Nick”

“We are on our way. Miky.”

Nick looked at Mikys last message and put it back to his pocket. Nick close his eyes and lift his head to up. 

“Emilia! Emilia! I can feel you!” Nick yelled.

Miky put his cell on his pocket and looks at girls. 

“My friend said yes. Shall we go?” Miky said smiling. 

“Thank you so much for this, Miky.” pretty blonde girl said smiling. “Yes. We wouldn't know where to go.” brunette girl said. 

“I forgot your names. What was those again.”Miky asked. 

“I'm Nina and I'm 14, she's Hannah and 15, her sister Mary. 13 years old. And then is Tina. She's 12.” Nina said. 

Miky looks at girls. 

"Aren't you too young for travel all by yourself?” Miky asked. 

“We won in lottery.” Mary said smiling. 

“Not excatly. My mom did.” Nina said. 

“So I can guess I can tell you my friend now. I so hope you wouldn't scream or anything.” Miky said. 

“Depence who is it.” Hannah said. 

“Is it Michael Jackson?” Tina asked. 

Other girls and Miky start to laugh. “No. Not him.” Miky said smiling. “Then who, Miky?” Nina asked. 

“Nick Carter.” Miky said. 

Mari start to smile. 

“Miky... We are Backstreet Boys fans except Tina. She doesnt really care of their music.” Mary said. 

“Oh boy... Nick is gonna love this.” Miky said and glups. 

“Shall we go?” Miky asked and walks to his car. Girls follows him.

Nick walks back inside and then doorbell rings. Nick walks to front door and opens the door and 3 smiling girls, Miky and 1 not smiling girl standing behind the door. 

“Hey... You must be those students.” Nick said. 

Miky walks inside and whispering quietly to Nick. “Don't kill me.” Miky walks to living room. 

Nick looks at Miky and then to girls. “Come in.” Nick said and opens door to girls. 

Hannah walks first inside and whistles. 

Tina is right behind Hannah and smiles. Cool house.” Tina said. 

Nina walks inside after Tina. “It really is.” Nina said. 

Mari walks very shy inside last and looks at Nick. 

“Hi. I'm Mary.” Mary said. 

“Hi. I'm Nick. And your friends?” Nick asked. 

“Nina, Tina and Hannah. Hannah is my sister.” Mary said smiling. 

Nick smiles and looks at girls. 

"What brings you girls to USA?” Nick asked. 

“Just travelling.” Tina said. 

Nina, Mary and Hannah can't stop staring at Nick. Nick looks at girls wondering. 

“You three okay?” Nick asked. 

“Yeah... we are fine.” Nina said. 

“Yes... Fine, fine fine...” Hannah said. 

“Why wouldn't we be fine?” Mary asked. 

Nick looks at Miky. Miky said without voice only moving lips. 

“They are fans.” Nick looks at girls and stand back. 

“You are fans. Miky why fans are at my house?” Nick asked. 

Miky walks closer to all. ”All is cool, man.” Miky said. 

“They are fans! This is disaster! No offence, girls.” Nick said gulping. “We don't hurt you. We are so exciting to meet you. And you can only blame Miky. He never told us you are his friend.” Nina said. 

Nick looks at Miky. “Why didn't you text me and told me you bring fans here?” Nick asked. 

Mary walks closer. 

“Excuse me... I need to go bathroom.” Mary said. 

Nick looks at Mary and suddenly he sees a bit same looks on her that Emilia had. 

“Yyyyyes... I'll show you.” Nick said an shows the way to Mary. 

Mary follows Nick and says. 

“Thank you. It's very kinda of you to let us stay for view days here.” Nick opens bathrooms door and smiles. “No problem. Here's bathroom.” Nick said. 

Mary walks in and clothes the door. 

When door is close Nick took deep breath and start to think in his mind. “She looks so much about Emilia.” 

Nick walks back to living room. “Are you girls hungry? I can order pizza.” Nick said. 

“I can do that.” Miky said. 

Nina looks at bookcase and sees picture of Nick and Paris. 

“Where's Paris? You two see so happy in this picture.” Nina said and shows one picture in frames. 

Nick walks closer to Nina and try to smiles. 

“We broke up. Just 45 minutes ago.” Nick said and take picture off Ninas hands and put it back to bookcase. 

“I'm sorry to hear that.” Nina said and look at the picture. 

“Oh don't be. She was very nice and all but my heart belongs to someone else.” Nick said. 

Nina looks amazed. “Really?” Nina asked. 

“Who is it? We wont tell no one.” Hannah said. 

Nick start to speak until see Mary to walk back to living room. 

“She... She's gone.” Nick said and look at Mary. 

Mary looks at Nick and smiles. 

“Gone? What you mean gone?” Tina asked. 

Nick looks at his hands and took deep breath. “Dead.” Nick said and looks at Mary again carefully. 

Mary talks to Miky about pizzas. 

“We are so sorry Nick. You must love her very much.” Nina said. “Yes. She was my wife.” Nick said. 

“Wife? Why press didn't know about this?” Hannah asked. 

“Coz... Emilia and I keep it secret.”Nick said. 

“Emilia is dead?” Mary asked when she heard Nick saying that. Nick looks at Mary and nods. 

“Everybody had told you two were amazing couple.” Mary said. 

“I know. Her parents didn't like the hole date idea.” Nick said. 

“Why?” Nina asked. 

Nick laughs and looks at girls. 

“You like to ask, don't you?” Nick asked. 

“It's our rehab, you know.” Hannah said. 

Nick smiles and walks away from girls. 

“Emilia was my... “ Nick turns around to look at girls. 

“My cousin.” Nick said. 

“What?!” All 4 said same time. 

Nick smiles and point to girls. 

“See. I knew they got interested about that. No way I'm gonna tell you about her. Not now. Never ever.” Nick said and walks backyard.
